If you are a first time user and the primary exhibitor contact, to receive your password, first click on the “Forgot Password” link and enter your email address and a temporary email will be sent to you. Once you are in receipt of your temporary password, log in with your email address and temporary password to proceed. If you do not receive the temporary password, please check your company spam filter or contact the GDC Registration Support Team at 415-947-6926.
If you are not the primary exhibitor contact, you will need to be added as a secondary authorized user, so that you may access the portal to make updates and add booth staff. To request that you be added, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will follow up with the primary contact for approval and if approved, add you as a secondary user.
